Project Questions

How is the minimum order determined?

The minimum depends on style, material availability, colors and construction. Share a brief for a written quotation.

Can I supply sketches or a reference sample?

Yes. Include measurements, material requirements and target quantities so the development scope can be reviewed.

Can I begin without a complete tech pack?

Begin with a style brief; the required measurement chart, pattern and construction details can then be agreed.

What needs approval during sampling?

Approve materials, colors, fit, measurements, construction and trims, and keep revisions in one documented record.

How is the production schedule agreed?

Timing depends on material preparation, sample revisions and capacity. Confirm the schedule again after sample approval.

Can you develop branded labels and packaging?

Care labels, woven labels, hangtags and packaging can be reviewed from your brand files and included in the order specifications.

How are fabric colors approved?

Provide a color reference and approve a physical swatch. Screen colors alone are insufficient for production approval.

How are quality checks organized?

Set material, inline and pre-shipment checkpoints against the approved measurement chart and sample, recording exceptions.
